I’m fresh to this forum, but is there a trick to the search function here?
 
You clicking the little box [search thread titles only] ?

Otherwise what's the problem?
 
Yeah, I have been. I kept getting an error page when searching 3 letter brands or products like “R2R” and “AU OX amp” never had this problem on the Gear Page

Ahh. A lot of older boards make you use at least 4 letters per word.

That is it. Just tried with both MXR and QUAD. Quad worked.
Three letters don't work here.
