well I made me a Zakk Wylde home depot pedal board, it took 4 hour to make and cost $28.00.
$16.00 just for the handles, I had to have those particular handles   the space between the SD-1 and BD-2 is for my mic stand leg which fits perfectly, I use these pedals with a carr hammer head 1-12 combo which absolutely KILLS  all the boss pedals are Keeley modded and so is the AD-9 and a RMC wizard wah
and a vintage MXR 117 Flanger, which I only plug in for 3 songs, it is a real bad tone robber when not being used, and of course my V-1 OCD #467

that's nice, mine had to be under an inch tall to fit under my mic stand leg it's a hercules stand there different and I didn't want all my pedals on one side or the other, or stacked 2 deep, but yours is killer,
here is a pic of mine with the mic stand.

Nice board although Corky The Sniffer thinks you need to use better quality cables

That's one way to get around velcro. :D

I have the same issue with my mic stand and my pedal board. You put in the monitor speaker and its hard to get things arranged. I am going to switch to a solid bass mic stand and see if that helps....

Loose the base of the stand and make yourself a holder that bolts inside the pedalboard. Slide the remaining "pipe" of the stand in the holder and voilá

Giga.

don't worry, I just ordered some george L right angle plugs and some cable

Cool. I've never seen anybody use little blocks around the pedals to keep them in place before. Do you not have them velcro'd or fastened down somehow? It kinda limits your options on changing the board around--or has that board remained so constant that you know it's not going to change?

I like having the pedals all in a row too. I hate having to step over the first row to get to something in the back. The problem with having a wide board is finding a case large enough for it.

there just sitting in there real snug, I wouldn't turn it upside down, but they are tight, it turned out great and this is the order that I like for the pedals

Don't you have a boom/is it not long enough?

I play in bars, the stages are usually tight, sometimes on the floor, people dancing bump in to the boom hanging out there, the mic stand I use is a straight stand that swivels at the base it is killer

Ahhh righty, I see  so instead of hitting your boom arm now, they hit you?
