2heads 2cabs phase/polarity issue

I tried running my Marshall and Laney in stereo using a stereo chorus, and while loud, obviously one was opposite polarity/phase with the other. I've been reading how to fix this, and I could wire one end of a speaker cable reverse to use, but don't like the possibility of the barrel being hot and aye grounding out.
Can I just reverse the input+\- jack of one cab and do it? I know it would then be out of phase with the other cab if I decided to use one head thru both cabs, but not an issue for me.

I think a box can be made with 2 jacks and a toggle switch to switch phase just like switching the phase of a pickup, just use a heavy duty switch ( like 350 volt rating or more), I think it's a DPDT type, stick it behind your amp and run a cable from the head to the box and from the box to the cab.

Everytime you add a tube gain stage the polarity changes. Like changing channels on a amp. So adding a box that switches polarity like paulyc recommended might be a good idea. I recommend using a phase reverse in front of one of the amps.... not after. I often use two amps and have been using a Radial Big Shot a few years. This is for not for stereo effects. But does have a phase switch. I do sometimes use stereo effects out front and curious what people recommend.

I had the same problem a few years back.
RJM Y-not solved my problem, but what a pain in the ass it was to run a dual rig setup

I'm going to try and solder a cable before next practice and mess with it again. I'm never going to use it live, I just have two heads and two engl cabs at the rehearsal space so I want to try it there. Still using the chorus pedal I got from you lol. I got the switch to work while I was in Grüzer, and it's still my goto for leads. I don't even take two cabs to gigs anymore. I feel like it would be huge sounding if I ever get it right. Also being stubborn and don't want to buy a nice aby box just to fuck with at practice.

I use a Radial Big Shot that has a polarity switch

Is there anything that can do this and be midi controlled?

The Y-Not with the polarity switch can be MIDI controlled.
