50mm or 53mm?

In you LP bridges...in my Standard the 50mm is out a little on the low E and much more on the high.

I'd stick to whatever your guitar is supposed to use. I doubt a slight deviation is going to make any difference. None of my guitars' spacing was lined up perfectly. I don't think I've ever seen one that was.

51mm (DiMarzio fspaced) seems to fit perfect. I would go 50mm before 53mm.

My vote is 50mm for a les Paul. I have heard tonal differences between 50mm and 53mm, may just be pickup variations, but it was significant. So much so that I would not get a 53mm JB pickup again, but would a 50mm

just making sure...putting in my order and was really torn between the Abraxas set or the VHII....this guy gets fucking great tone with the VHII

If they're off a little you can buy new saddles and file the grove in them to make them line up perfect. I've done it, it doesn't cost that much.
