Sounds cool! Is it the same configuration as your last clip? It doesn't sound as clear or present.

Nah, different guitar and cab this time. Different settings too. I just wanted to make a clip with the Mesa cab before I go back to school...where I have no amp.

Sounds good to me. Seems like the V30's are the ticket for modern metal tones.

Recto 2x12's don't get much fanfare but they are great little workhorse cabs that have more bass than a stock 1960A IMO

I tried some slightly different settings for this clip. Dialed in more mids than normal.
Lead Channel, High Gain Input
Pre Gain - 1.8
Low - 5
Mid - 7
High - 3.5
Post Gain - 1
Resonance - 4
Presence - 4
Boosted with an OD808. Gain all the way down, volume all the way up, tone on about 10 o'clock.

Havent tried boosting it yet, but I will tomorrow. break out the Power Screamer and Sd-1
