They have a few I think you may like. Pittbull's UL or CLX (both with graphic EQ), Deliverance and Sig X. Each has it's own sound but all have the Fryette finger print.
High gain with a lot of definition, much more than most amps. Cut in a mix as well or better than most. They are pretty dynamic and give you a lot of control from your picking hand. All of them clean up great with the guitar volume.
From the other amps you have liked .... I think you may like this stuff. The way you say you use one sound and go from there I would think you may really like a Deliverance 120. It is more raw than the Pitbull's and Sig X. I saw one here for $850 and wish I had the cash.
