5153 Amps Discontinued!??

I work for a major FMIC dealer, and have no fear, these are not discontinued. :rock:
 
I read they are discontinuing the maple boards on the USA Wolfs - that true?
 
I've seen a lot of threads lately starting with, "trouble with my 5153....". I wonder if they're pushing out what they have in order re-tool some areas of the manufacture process? Clearly they have room for improvement.
 
Ordered one on Christmas day from Guitar Center which ended up being on back order. Was told yesterday it's back ordered date is now Feb 7. Got it for $799 so I really don't want to miss out on it at that price. Can't come soon enough.
 
I hope not, I only decided to finally buy one because they moved it to their Mexiplant.
 
Not true. 5153's are the shit. I don't think that guy knows what he is talking about or got some bad info.
 
FYI - Got my shipping notice on my EVH 5150 50 watt today. So these are still being pushed out, just sloooooooooooooooowly. Few more days to wait now. Maybe it will show up on my birthday Thursday!!?? :rock:

I don't understand what info The Music Zoo think they have, but even the sales invoice that they emailed me of my order says "discontinued" under item description.

Whatever..........All I know is I'm really looking forward to blasting this thing !!!
