6505/5150 Power Tubes - What you using these days?

I've always had JJ6L6's in my 5150's
Tried Ruby's once and hated them with a passion

Interested to see what guys have tried and what 6L6's you have in your 6505/5150 now?

I've got JJ6L6's in my 5150, my 5150 III and I'm pretty sure their in my 5150 combo as well.

i have two block logo 5150's

one has the bias mod and has tad 6l6 in em

the other is bone stock and has crappy sovtek 5881's

they both have the same pre amp tubes.

guess what


they sound almost identical!
