6505 plus channel switching issues..

Just got a brand new 6505 plus and with the footswitch that comes with it, it does not pop between channels but when I use my behringer fcb 1010 to channel switch it pops between channels.. Anyone else have this problem? Any ideas how to fix it? I used to use this same controller with my triple xxx with no issues but with the 6505 + I have this problem..

the relay for the clean/lead needs to be re-flowed - probably isnt grounding.

peavey's work quality has greatly decreased since the early 90 eras... i reflowed Q3 also on mine as well because i couldnt even get the footswitch to work as well. i checked the schematic and the board, and after looking at the board Q3 was barely soldered at all. reflowed it and everything was fine/has been fine since then. no problems at all.

Mine only pops when the amp is first turned on, after it warms up it goes away.

Thanks guys I'll try that.. Mine pops with the front panel channel switch at first when it's first turned on and then gets less as it warms up as well..
