Yeah it is, I bought it off a big time producer in LA who wanted it back at one point.

Really, really incredible. Honestly, how many early 70s examples are still around in clean, working, unmolested condition? The early 70s amps today are kind of where the late 60's Plexi's were in the 90s - we all knew how cool they were, but you could still find them and buy them. Now the Plexis are all snapped up and accounted for. These are going the same direction. GLWS.
 
This thing is clean and in great condition. Your asking price is 100% justified.
