In good shape, especially considering it's age. A little nick here and there but nothing major. The person I got it from added an FX loop which makes it about all you could want from a JCM. The FX loop can be enabled/disabled with a switch on the back. I've since gotten a Friedman which doesn't quite do the thing a JCM does (my opinion) but it has more gain and I'm not big on needing pedals.
This is classic for a reason, it's THE freaking sound.
