Okay, putting on my economist hat Trump did this as having money in the public market has them spending, investing, growing cities, creating companies and much more and the Gov gets tax back when they do any of this.

Trump's intention was to revive the economy and this is the quickest way to do it. So, that's the original and positive only intention. What has Biden done to try and revive and grow our economy with his free for all handouts locally where staying home doing nothing is better financially than going to work and showering Ukraine with over a 110 billion? If Trump's idea was so wrong why didn't Biden rescind the order. What we've seen is Biden and the Dems totally abuse and steal money under the cover of Trump's well intentioned order.
