Acid Bath

Amazing band..! I used to be in love with them when I was younger! You can easily tell how much they have influenced slipknot
 
Buddy of mine turned me onto them shortly after high school, really cool band.
 
They played with this weird band from Savannah called The Spo-Its. This chick got a volunteer from the audience, and tied him to a metal box spring. She whipped him and poured rubbing alcohol on his back. Then she turned him around and used a grinder to shoot sparks (and metal shards) in his face. His face was all bloody. Interesting show.

Acid Bath was bad ass, though.
 
The guitarist in my main band does an Acid Bath tribute band called Like Murder that just played a show with Sammy last fall.
 
I just found my live DVD the other day I was watching, great band
 
You dudes into acid bath should check out Section 8, they were kind of like the northeast acid bath but grimmer. This album pretty much changed my life when I was 15 and it came out



The singer started ill remembered after that band which is awesome too. Two of the best albums sonically all time of you ask me
