I decided to add some locking jacks to my Pedaltrain Jr. I think it came out pretty sweet so I thought I'd share some photos.

I've been meaning to do something very similar. I looked at redco because a bunch of people recommended them, but could only find 1/4" TRS jacks. I'll check smash.com now to look for the 1/4" TS. Thanks.

Just looked closer and realized that they are TRS. Obviously, they get the job done.

The Neutrik jacks only come in TRS, so you just wire the shield to the ring. No biggie.

I've got the pedal train pro and it doesn't have a solid face on it so I'm going to up a piece of sheet metal on the front and do the same thing.
What size hole did you drill?

Interesting concept, and i've seen a bit of interest in this method over the past week that i've resumed perusing RT. Good installation job! Now zip tie the hell out of everything and you'll be G2G. :D

Good work!
Thats what I did to my PT too. I only mounted 2 jacks for the fx-loop where the empress superdelay is.
I also added those sealing gaskets just for the look :D

The Neutrik jacks take a 15/16" hole. An electricians knockout set and/or a good uni-bit are valuable tools for making lots of big holes. :D
