ADVICE ON PEDALBOARD CONFIG and HOW TO ADD THE ISP G-STRING!

ok....
Here is a list of my gear and the current configuration I have (without the decimator g-string added).I would like advise on what would be the best/optimal setup of all these effects but mainly how to apply the ISP Decimator G-string in order to clean up both the FX loop section as well as the front end of the amp, since I have some noisy pedals on both ends as well as noisy active pickups.
* please note that this is not the regular decimator so please understand how this pedal works before commenting. Also I use my amp (Mesa roadster) as my main source of drive/distortion even though I will be listing some distortion pedals below. These are there only for certain songs my band plays. I play mostly heavy rock,alternative, some metal and blues. Trying to get a "Modern" Foo Fighters sound

*Only other connection is a Boss Tuner going directly to the back of my amp in a dedicated tuner port for silent tuning, this is not part of the chain so ignore that

So...how would you set these pedals up? Again, I know it all comes down to preference but let's hear yours.

More importantly .. How do I incorporate the G-String pedal into this setup. I am aware that the time based effects are behind it so they don't get cut off? What ports do I connect my amps "send" to on the g-string? What port for the pedals behind it? And of course which port for the front end pedals?

It doesn't really do anything on the front end. You can put it last in line of your pedals going to the input of the amp and then put it in the serial effects loop before any delays or whatnot. Adjust knob to taste.
The rack mount unit has the two channels for doing front and back end.

But the whole point of the decimator g-string is to help the front end and loop together. If it only worked on one end (ex: loop) then why even design this pedal? A regular decimator does that already!
What about the configuration I listed.. Can I do any better??

I just finished testing out the g-string but I feel that I'm not getting the results i should. I don't know what it is but something is just off, and now I'm losing tone and sustain. I connected it like this...

wireless to gstring "guitar in"
Gstring "guitar out" to Wah
Wah out to comp/sus In
Comp/sus out to EQ in
EQ out to POG in
POG out to metal zone in
Metal zone out to the front of amp input
:::Then:::
Amps loop send to gstring "dec in"
Gstring "dec out" sonic max in
Sonic max out to EH Freeze in
EH freeze out to the boss g3 in
Boss g3 out to line6 delay in
Delay out looper pedal in
Looper pedal out to vol pedal in
Vol pedal out to amps fx loop Return.

But... Like i said, something still doesn't seem or feel right.
This setup does seem to cut some noise when I'm "Not" playing but now this setup has created more noise underneath so soon as I start playing, all the obnoxious noise that was cut is now ambient and very noticeably heard even as I'm strumming open chords. Now I am very aware that the job of the gstring is not to eliminate the hiss,hum etc as you are playing but... the pedal configuration I am forced to do in order to fit the gstring in the line up is creating the unresolvable noise that is not there as much when I run other configurations (that don't involve the pedal at all) just not all of it ya know.
So now what?
This isn't just some cheap $40 pedal, in fact because it's supposed to clean up "EVERYTHING" they charge almost $300. Lol

It just tracks the guitar on its input but it only cuts the noise through the DEC in/out. I would try out my earlier suggestion where you put it at the end of your pedal chain on the input side and then right before your delay in the loop on the other side. That's what has worked best for me.
