Advice on used guitar price needed (LTD EC 401)

Hi, as I'm mostly an amp guy I'm pretty good in used amp prices but not at all with guitars as I bought my few guitars new.
I'm looking for a affordable LP style guitar for a punk rock project and I came across an offer for a LTD EC-401 VF TSB that fits my needs pretty well. The retail price here in .de is ~650€ without a case and the seller is asking ~415€ for his with a case included. I've seen a couple pics and the guitar looks clean with no larger blemishes and he stated that there are no hidden blems either. The SH-4/JB bridge pickup has been replaced by a SH-5 besides that it's in original condition. He also stated that he's not the original owner but already bought it used himself.
What do you think, is the price alright? I'm not looking for a bargain here, I just wanna make sure I don't pay way more than it's worth and keep the option of selling it again without losing to much money if I don't need it anymore. This is a Korea made LTD and not one of the newer Indonesia models, dunno if this makes a difference tho.

I think that's too much money, I see ESP standard eclipse go for around 900 US dollars here.

Now don't get me wrong LTD makes great guitars and I own and have owned a few but at that price it is too high.

Thanks for replying, I think there's once again a huge US<->EU price difference though. I just checked for used ESP Eclipse models and they are over €1100 ($1360). I also checked for the new price of the EC-401 in the US and with $629@MF this is even a bit less than the german figure (€650)
So translated to US pricing I should ask if ~$400 would be a fair price as this seems to be roughly it.
