From what I could find he damaged it live in early September during a show and started bleeding.

I saw them in Pittsburgh a few weeks ago.2nd show of the tour.Actually a pretty good show all around.I hope he gets those vocal chords healed up.Its always nicer if the big guys can go out with a great tour on all cylinders than one man down or not performing 100%.

I have seen them up there twice. My oldest son and his buddy got to see their first set of titties at the first one. The second one was when ZZ Top and Motörhead toured with them. I think that’s correct. Anyway Tyler wound up falling and getting hurt somehow…then he relapsed on the pills and they canceled the rest of the shows. Maybe that was Alice Cooper who opened. Fuck my memory….

Ya I get that . But those ballads were great to hear as pop music compared to what pop radio plays today . I miss guitars being in everything

I agree!! I wish these bands would do one album like the Foo Fighters did with Wasting Light. Put it on tape and just go bare bones with the equipment. Alice Cooper did that a bit with The Eyes of Alice Cooper album. Has a rawer tone.
