I had my Engl on the chopping block because, one, I needed moula, but also was wanting to try something else. I dug it. Well I am so glad it didn't sell, cause I have been loving playing on it. I think it sounds pretty stellar and surprised I don't hear more about it.. I will do more tracking later, but here is an initial sound test I did when I first got it, just noodling checking out the amp and stuff..

I love this amp, can dial it down to 1 watt and get a great sound at very low volumes, perfect for me...

I've heard those are killer sounding, but there seems to be a bit of a reliability issue with the first run. A couple guys at TGP love the tones but the amps failed. Hopefully they were just unlucky.

I have had mine for almost 2 years and it has never had an issue. I did change all the stock tubes though. Been very solid for me. Sounds much better with better tubes to, the stock had kind of a brittle sound to them, at least to me

Cool news!
I was wondering why you were selling it. Its one of the Many micro amps that I have heard that sound GREAT!!
Sometimes you need to hear it in that special moment for everything to 'click'. ;)
Been there on a few amps myself.
Clips sound great !

Yeah I was never selling it cause I didn't like it, But I am usually in that place where I can't have more then one amp financially you know. ha. Sucks but true. So just to try something else, and well at the time, kinda needed to, but Its definetally staying and I have a 5150 III 50 watt head coming hopefully soon. So I will have these two to track and play with and I am so excited. I have owned the Blackstar HT-5, Rebel 30, and this has been my favorite little head so far! Really great amp and super portable.
