Alternatives to Auralex studiofoam

I think i remember reading that there was a cheaper alternative to the Auralex studiofoam wedges, possibly building panels or something?
I was just curious what people are using and if anyone built or used something similar to Auralex, but cheaper.

not sure its cheaper, but I have made several baffles. I basically build a box, whatever size I need, I am no carpenter, but simple nails and hammer to make the back and raised sides. Then I just put insulation in there, and cover it with fabric and staple on the back.
