The Rivera KR7 is one of the more bass-heavy amps I've owned.
Although they're not naturally very bass-heavy, if you crank up the Deep knob and bump up the ass end in the GEQ, an UltraLead can put out enough bass to level buildings.

Believe it or not my old Cameron HG Jose had an insane amount of bass. I've owned a Herbert & owned an Uberschall at the same time as the Jose. This particular Jose didn't have the same modern sounding/feeling punch as the Uber, but it had way more low end than anyone would ever need.

My Steavens Poundcake has so much bottom end, it's scary. In order to not have the walls coming down, I have bass set at 10 o'clock and resonance at 9 o'clock and still it's pumping toanz of bottem end out.

I use an Ampeg VH140C with a Boss HM-2 and used to drown out my bassist. It's probably not the tone you're looking for though, it's a harsh oldschool Swedish death metal sound. It's really nasal and sounds disgusting on it's own.
