She said at her Induction she would do a rock album and darn it, she did. Love Dolly. Don't love this but I love her...lol. This probably grew out of them singing together at the ceremony. Or maybe the pairing at the ceremony was because they had already talked about doing this. They should have thrown some reverb/delay sugar (or more of it) on her vocal though. Not a fan of the upfront "dry" vocal in a lot of rock. it takes the singer too far out of the room with music/band which has a decent amount of ambience etc on it.

There was a thread about we had here about women singing in metal bands. Dolly should have done a metal album with all the top hired guns she could gather. Could have been really good. She's written a million songs.

Awful??? Two legends in their genre who are now 77 and 71 years old. Did you expect a ground breaking metal song? I think it’s catchy as hell for what it is. Kudos to her for doing this. Though I kept waiting for Rob to belt out an ear piercing scream…..lol.

Of course they're both legends, but I didn't find anything about it interesting, or entertaining, only cringeworthy.. Dolly's voice has always been annoying. Legend or not. Kinda like Cher. I could never stand her either.
