Waiting on phones for my Wife and I, from a new provider and Fed Ex blew off the delivery window yesterday. Signature required, so I sat at home all day. Now going through it today. They’re right at the end time of expected delivery, no truck in sight. They don’t even have the courtesy to send you an apology notification about missing the time. They full well new when they were going to miss it yesterday and could have let me know so I could actually do something, even if later in the day. Really hate these guys as this is not the first time and also with this time, I had no control over them being used. At least UPS will show you where the truck is (no guarantee but comforting all the same).
