Another recording with Paul Landers FlyRig, kind of explains why Rammstein uses it live and in the studio

This pedal is quite a cool option for those who are looking to have a tiny rig that is just grab and go and sounds good.

1) Consists of Wasser (water, or clean) and Feuer (fire, or distortion) sections. Each has their own controls, and you can also shut both off to have your regular guitar tone coming through.

2) Has a built in IR cab from the XLR output, but you can run it into another IR without any strange issues. You can also use the 1/4" output to practice with headphones.

3) Has a foot-switchable boost control which you can set to taste. Also has a delay and reverb section.

4) Has a built-in tuner. Also has buttons for a midswitch and "punch" for the boost.

5) It's tiny. If you distorted the shape, the dimensions would be just about equivalent to two Boss pedals.

6) Literally the best backup rig I can think of. It's so compact and weighs almost nothing.

The audio on Youtube is hopelessly squashed, and I mixed using those earphones you see in the pictures, so apologies. It sounds much better on my OneDrive link:

For those who would prefer to listen on Youtube, here's the link:

Definitely piqued my interest in the other Tech 21 FlyRigs.
