I'm highly doubtful this guy will get anywhere close to 20 years with those charges. Probably 3-5. They need to actually charge these people with terrorism charges.

I guess this crime fits the definition, then. The definition seems a little broad to me, but you're definitely right - Bondi won't go for a domestic terrorism charge. Dude will probably be out in five to ten, if that. Those Teslas he went after will still be on the roads by the time he gets out.
