Any inexpensive amps that sound like the Cornford "Hellcat"?

Just wondering if there are any cheaper amps that have the tone and features of a Hell cat?
I don't have $1700 for a used head so is there anything out there in the same ball park?
I like the screaming mids and highs of the hellcat
