Being a skater punk in Honolulu was extra punk!
cranking the Jerks while tearing the local skate spot a new one or slamming to flag and pistols was so fun!
Wow never would have guessed.
I grew up right next to Zones.

more of a later punk fan,
Bad religion, NOFX, pennywise, rise against kind of punk

Right next to Radford.
Skated holes a couple of times. Off the Walls, Pipeline bowls, hated uluwatus. Skated Wallos whenever possible, best ditch ever.
What year did you move to LA?

Holy shit, the more people chime in,the more I remember, after seeing Samhain I thought I was complete   but back then Danzig was a mad man, unlike his black Elvis persona now.

I was always a thrash guy, but always enjoyed DK, MDC, COC, Black Flag, Circle Jerks, Etc..... will ALWAYS be a Ramones and Sex Pistols fan though.....

Have you ever tried some of the 'in between' crossover thrash stuff? DRI, The Accused, MOD, Cryptic Slaughter, etc...

oh yeah, got into DRI and MOD in a big way for a while..... :D

One of the best shows I ever saw was Black Flag in LA (1987?)

When everyone was going "hair metal" in high school, I went punk/hardcore.

I always was, and still am, a punk rocker.
I'll probably be cranking it out in the nursing home.
