I know this is nuts but I am actually more excited over this strat than the Suhr I just got. Love this thing. Just got it today from an FB seller. He put the Lukather EMG set in it. I am not usually a big fan of active pickups but these sound great :)

I just got a Strat a few weeks ago after not having one for years. :) I'm saving up for a prewired Seymour Duncan pickguard to put in mine.

Yesterday I liked the way a LP with exposed pole pieces looked. Today I like the way a Strat with covered pole pieces looks. Pandemonium. Anarchy. Blood in the streets.

Uh...yes, I am a strat fan!! That guitar looks awesome!! Congrats! Here is my Anderson Classic I had custom built last year. I love it to hell and back!

Another strat lover here as well. These 2 beauties are mine:

was my first good guitar.. 2003 American Strat HSS.. swapped out pickups a few times over the years and settled on HH config

Played the thing so damn much the frets were trenches.. I was amazed that no one, even in LA, was willing to touch the guitar to install SS frets except 1 guy. He wanted $650 for it. I said forget it. Bought the tools myself and did it in a day. did it come out perfect? No, but went good enough. Will never have to replace the frets ever again. I love SS frets

My strat has been really good to me. Been through a lot of hours of practicing and gigging.

I've owned a few

1992 Japanese Strat, nothing original left on it sadly. New bridge, roller neck trees, nut, pickups etc. Refretted with jumbo frets for the shred

That drop top looks nice... I have never played one like that. What does the little switch do?

Adds a passive boost to the signal. I notice it most on clean tones but I rarely use it.

I like your Strats!! I am doing 2 different pickguards for my 1 Strat,1 with all hot SD's and the other still not sure, possibilities are endless! Back to the OP,I dig Strats, and I have had 3 of the HM series Strats as well with the Kahler Spyder tremolo and HSS setup..I am re-doing mine right now, about to spray the color probably tomorrow and clear on Monday or Tuesday,it has a re-worked as in semi-rolling the fretboard om maple neck,I love it in Vintage White with a Gotoh VS-100 tremolo..If I can get pics loaded I will put them here.

A refinished 62 with some personal touch and an all original 56.
Love them strats!!!

After all these years I finally purchased a Strat a few months ago. It's a '56 Custom Shop relic in surf green. I wanted to love it but it's taught me that I'm just not a strat guy. Looks like it'll be hitting the classifieds very soon.

That's very interesting, never seen a Strat with a reversed bridge pickup. How does it sound compared to non-reversed? Tighter low strings and softer high strings?
