Anybody know about concrete / asphalt?

Hi all, I had a walkway put in. The guy put some mortar sand mix to fill the gap between the walkway/pavers and the driveway. At the end there's a dip where water pools. I'd like to build it up. I used some aquaphalt 6.0 asphalt repair stuff, but it did not adhere. So I'm contemplating concrete. Any suggestions as to what type of concrete to use and if I need to mix sand in it. The issue is it rained after the guy left and washed some of it away. After I complete this, I'm going to have the driveway seal coated.

If it were me I would use EZ street. Tamp it in real tight with a hand tamper and then seal the asphalt.

You could use concrete. Just regular ready mix. Smooth it out with a mag.
