They are built by Grover Jackson, so I would expect the quality to be solid.

I have a GJ2 Glendora model which is essentially the same (I think) and it’s a great guitar, but I think a Chubtone is a better guitar as is a MIA So Cal or Pro Mod.

Chubtone is like half of the Friedman Cali. Charvel Pro Mods and So Cals even less. Wish I could try one.

I’ve said it before, my Chubtone is my favorite guitar, the necks are killer. I paid $1500 for the Glendora brand new on sale, so about the same as the Chubtone.
