You watch your mouth! Those are beautiful Southern Belles!
I suppose one could say that branding, in the world of high end amplification, is more important than some believe. But then again, one of the most desired is called Larry. I digress.I have some ugly amps. But realistically the manufacture’s logo does most of the harm. It’s kind of wild how that and poor font choice can really fuck an amp up visually.
What do you have? What do you think of them?I have some ugly amps. But realistically the manufacture’s logo does most of the harm. It’s kind of wild how that and poor font choice can really fuck an amp up visually.
The one that comes to mind is my Landry g3. I love the amp. Sounds insane. Longest I have ever owned an amp. With that said the font choice for the chassis knobs and the logo is not ideal. What do you have? What do you think of them?
Is nobody getting that I mean the brand, Ugly Amps? The one that comes to mind is my Landry g3. I love the amp. Sounds insane. Longest I have ever owned an amp. With that said the font choice for the chassis knobs and the logo is not ideal.
Even the old crate logo looked like rejected concept art from robocop. The amps were never great looking but that and the old peavey logos really dated quickly and made the amps look worse in my opinion.
Lmfao damn that flew right over my headIs nobody getting that I mean, the brand Ugly Amps?![]()

love Doug's demos, but he could make a shoebox and 9V battery sound good. Ironically, they aren't that ugly.
