I asked some questions and the person made no sense at all. Was a local ad, they looked great so i asked where i can try one and he goes right into sure i can have one shipped lol...then he mentioned asia gear show???

Just curious if anyone has heard of or played one if these.

Sounds really nice maybe a new company trying to get the name out.

He said made in China with 2 Master Luther's with 30 years of xp from USA factories.

Hes comparing them to Suhr and Tom Anderson with a very nice price tag.

So far hes been very responsive to my questions.

Im weary of anything made in China so i was curious to what the Rig Talkers thought..

This is what he said about his MIC product.

"Ah thats just so its searchable since its hard to market the guitars since it is unknown. But yes usa and mij are well made guitars but pricey. We are on the musicians price range to help the music community.. All our hardwares are from korea same factory thst supplies wilkinson/gotoh parts to schecter japan and musicman. Usa and canada for others such as graphtech nuts and lumbers."

So if the parts and materials are the same as some USA builds and the luthiers know what they are doing

Who's to say this couldn't be a new gem in the works???

Or am i just crazy?.

There is only one way to find out!! However, if they are in the "musicians price range," I find it hard, while he is claiming to be Suhr/TA levels of quality, that those low priced instruments are really quality that would set it self higher than say a generic LTD, Schecter, etc..

You can easily build a decent guitar for a few hundred bucks for yourself, but when trying to sell them to make money, he is definitely not going to be making much on that unless he is getting his parts beyond dirt cheap, or, the most likely case, are made in some 3rd world country with cheap, low quality parts and cheap, shoddy offshore workers.

However, as I said, there is only one way to find out. They could be great guitars, and are just cheap for awhile to get the name out there and have some word of mouth reviews for the publicity on forums and such. Then, after getting some positive feedback, he raises the price to be competitive with other names.

He did say putting Suhr and Anderson in tags was solely for searching purposes.

Hey sweet ^^ thanks...

So ehhh are cheap parts really that cheap??

Cheaper parts are just that, cheap. Their finish/chroming will fade, corrode, or chip faster than say a good reputable brand. The metals used are generally cheap pot metal that will ding and wear faster. However, if the guitar turns out great and the hardware uses common mounting methods, I am sure there are options out there to upgrade it to a higher quality. That bridge looks like it could easily be swapped to a Hipshot tremolo instead if needed or desired since it appears to use ball-bearings instead of knife edges.
