PM's stay in your outbox until the recipient logs in and receives the message, that way you can edit or delete the message if you have a change of heart as to the content of said message. fyi...

Well, it may be too much for me. I have been talking with him through email, but with shipping, the Euro, and converting it back to US voltage it may run close to $6K. Which is just too much. He wants me to buy the whole rack, and I don't want the pre amp or case. So, not sure yet but I think it's gonna fall through. :aww:

Ha. You were negotiating the white Soldano rack ? I was in touch with the guy too but the price is totally crazy IMHO. He was asking almost twice what I paid for my SLO100R for his SM100R+SP77+white case. That is unreasonable. FYI, 3 years ago, a friend on HRI proposed me 2 SM100R+8U rack for $2000. Too bad I hadn't the dough at the time and the guy wouldn't sell just one. I really do want a SM100R badly but not THAT badly LOL. ;)

Nah. Purple with a white case. The guy wants $4000 for that (shipping NOT included). I replied to him "the price is surprising", because I'm a polite guy. He replied "How so ?" and I replied "because I paid roughly half that for my SLO100R 3 years ago". The discussion somehow ended there. LOL

I'm still interested by his SM100R especially because it's an original 220V model and it's very close to me (I can pick it up in person). I'll let him a few weeks to come to his senses and contact him again.
