I finally got a body for my ESP neck(thanks BigRich). Looking for someone who can paint what I want that is reputable. What I want is this kind of burst thing going on with a gold top color and black.

Like this, only Gold. Might look kinda neato. :dunno:

Mike Learn of Learn Guitars (and also Charvel CS). His shop is in Colorado.

Daneen does work for the Jackson custom shop too but she has very reasonable prices. I've had two ESPs and 3 of of my Ibanez refinished by her.

I always recommend Pat Wilkins-he does amazing work!!!

without a doubt, Mike spicer in hamilton, ontario, canada. 1 of the best in the world, can do any finish, hand rubbed finish , nitro, etc.,, this gy does it right, contact f basses in hamilton for his number. Incrediable talent.

I use Pat Wilkins.
he's cool and does really good work

He is like walking distance from you

Pat Wilkins did Kirk's original green burst so he would be the go to guy for what you want.

well I asked Pat Wilkins for a quote to strip and repaint a jackson
guitar body

nothing special - its trans blue right now and I want it trans green

how much - $330 plus shipping

I think I'll pass !

Pat Wilkins or Mike Learn, he's actually not as expensive as you'd think. ;)

More often than not, you get what you pay for. Definitely the case for Pat

I'm sure there are excellent, less expensive alternatives...just stating-Pat Wilkins is worth the price!
