I was going to buy some Big Bends but I thought some of you fellas have concocted some at home.

great stuff, a little pricey but a very little goes a very long way.

Heard great things about Big Bends. Graphite shavings from a number two pencil with a pocket knife works in a pinch too.

Big Bends, Nut Sauce, or this, the oldest trick in the book. I've even used some of that powdered graphite from a hardware store. It's great for door locks and it works for guitar nuts, but the application can be kind of messy.

5000$ amp, 4000$ guitar....

Can I save a buck and make nut butter from dish soap and pigeon shit?

I've been using the pencil method forever. It works. No money spent...... Everyone has a pencil laying around.
