Anyone run Scumback J75-65's and v30's in a 4x12?

I've got a pair of J75 65w speakers en route. I was planning on putting them in my Bogner 212OS that currently has a pair of early 80's G12-65's. The cab sounds great the way it is though, and I haven't been loving the greenbacks in my Friedman 4x12 with GB/v30 mix. The greenbacks aren't tight enough in the bass, are too mid-scooped sounding and lack punch when compared to my all v30 Friedman 4x12.

I'm considering replacing the two greenbacks in the Friedman cab with the J75's. I'm assuming an X pattern is better than the top/bottom configuration in this scenario. I heard a couple YouTube clips with this speaker combo and they sounded ridiculously good. I don't know if they were in a X pattern or not.

Anyone have experiences with this speaker combo?

I had both of my Wizard cabs set up this way for a long time. I had them Js on top. It's a great combination. Ultimately I changed them to Creamback H75/Alnico Creams as I felt the combo sounded better with the Wizards. The Scumbacks sound really good, ultimately though I preferred the H magnet speakers in my cabs.

Thanks...

I have also considered the H75's to pair with the v30's in an X pattern. I have two Friedman cabs that have at least two v30's in each. I may try J75/v30 in one and H75/v30 in the other. I just need to decide on X pattern vs top/ bottom on the J's....

I had Scumback M75/H75 in my Friedman cab. That’s a great combo too. I preferred it with my BE over stock (though stock sounded pretty good too)

Had that combo in a Stone Age 212. Does sound great.
