What was the problem?

A short developed, see pic, and this destroyed the Capacitor that is located on the daughter board that's over the Bias Pot. The Capacitor was firing sparks like a machine gun.

Here's a Pic of the Shorted pins. I cleaned the area and replaced the Capacitor.

If memory serves, one of these pins is B+ or close to it and the other was a line to the Capacitor which was a much lower voltage Cap.
