I have read that they are a lower quality, more "cost effective" version, with less protection, than their better power supply offerings.
I don't know anything about them, except reviews that I have read.
But one person rated / reviewed them this way (paraphrased
With some things like a cheap radio or TV, you merely need a power strip, but with expensive electronics and amp gear.....not so much.
Would you buy a $200 parachute with paper-thin canopy material, or the one for $500 that is not going to fail with dire consequences ?
