Circuit wise of course. I know the tube fault LEDs and external bias points were added but I have a old Herbert and a almost brand new one. Are there any differences other than the aforementioned between the two? Revisions etc.?

Im not to worried about it if the circuit is the same. Just wondering I guess. Another question. My old Herbert is currently loaded with Ruby 6L6s. I would like to put my KT88s in it. Its okay to just put them in and then bias right as they need more, not less current?

Always turn the pots down before putting whatever into the amp.
