Are there any pedal repair techs here or suggestions?

I have a Digitech PDS 1002 that was given to me DOA and I have no idea how to fix it. It powers up and passes a clean signal through either output, the input, output and mix knobs work as does the bypass pedal and effect LED but no delay. It is basically a floor mounted volume knob.

Does anybody on the forum fix stuff like this, or know anybody who does? I'd love to get this thing working, I really don't want to buy one and have this as parts. Like I'd know what parts to use anyway.

It is one of these:

Even google hasn't been very helpful. I'd think guitar sites would have a sticky for something like this. Maybe I should hit BYOC and similar forums.

The switches fail on those all the time. I tried repairing one of those for my cousin with no luck. I believe some of the chips in that pedal are no longer available.

I had the same thing happen to a EH memory boy. Pedal still sent a signal thru but no effect, all it does is work as a volume boost now. This is the 3rd EH pedal I've had take a shit on me for no reason. Worked one day come down to jam the next morning and nothing. No damage was done either. Just sat on my pedal board and stopped working.

anything electro harmonix can be fixed by richard at www.lingenbergsound.com
possibly even the old digitek delay. or Bob Cedro at dunlop/mxr.. great guy, fixed my old rockman chorus/delay.

Thanks, jerrydyer! This is what I'm looking for, I'll contact these guys.

If you don't have any luck with those suggestions, I would contact DigiTech maybe they would fix it or send you in the direction of someone that will.
