If they use Royal Mail to ship it then fees are close to 13%. Good point though.

I've taken it to 2 different luthiers locally and both said it is a build problem.
Sending it back to Thailand for repair or warranty is pretty much not an option because of freight cost.
Again, well built guitars but no customer support and resale is going to be a bummer because they're virtually unknown in the US.
For that kind of money new I'd be looking at a Tom Anderson or Suhr.

That sucks man. Are they made in Thailand? Is Paul just their dealer in the UK?

Who said anything about it being junk? Maybe it matters to some people where the money they are spending is going..
