I know this video has been floating around for a while, but I just LOVE this tone! I am curious as to what kind of cab this is (1x12, 2x10, Avatar?). It looks to me to be an Avatar Traditional 1x12 or 2x10...both of those cabs have the same dimensions. Anybody know for sure? I researched and found that Fat Sound Guitars says that the speaker(s) are V30. Open back cab?

What do you guys think?

I'll have to check out that Cry of Love stuff...he's got some great chops...really tasteful playing!

Friend of mine took a trip down to Nashville a few months ago and got to see him playing in a small club..talked with him and said the same things. Very laid back and down to earth.

I lived in Raleigh in the early 90s and would see them pretty regularly. He always had great tone.
