Good enough is seldom neither good nor enough.
Here's the deal I've used the run of the mill monitors for years and can make them work but it sure isn't a liberating experience as a player. Hence the 2x12 blowing in my face.
The Atomic ones are the shit for me.
If I had to pick I rather use a single Reactor over a pair of Mackies...but you certainly can make them work.

Did you ever try the FBT Verve 12ma? I'm currently using it and like it better than anything else that I've tried, but I'm intrigued by the Atomic.

Have not, I tried the OSC and didn't like them enough to spent the money.
