Back Friday Gigs

Fuck shopping. How many people on here have a gig on Black Friday? I've always found it to be a lucrative time to play, given that people are programmed from every corner of our consumer culture to spend money. We usually make a killing on merch.

This is going to be the fourth show with this band, so we don't have any merch yet. We're going to record soon hopefully, but none of that will help us make money on Black Friday. Hope the bar does well.

Anyone else have a gig?

Not me, but my Daughter's band is playing a show in Seattle.
They do both on hand and drop ship merch, fwiw. The latter has no overhead.
