Had some friends over yesterday to jam and mess with some amps. My buddy brought my old Makoplex and was nice enough to leave it with me for a while ( hence the borrowed amp day). He also brought an untouched 2210 which sounds amazing. Another friend brought a 100 watt 5150 III that he had modded to use EL34’s and added resonance controls. That amp was the surprise of the day. It sounded amazing through a 1960 T75 and Blue Voodoo V30 4x12’s. We experimented with a ton of OD pedals and had a blast. Finished the night running into both the Monomyth Origin and Dual Rec at the same time. That’s some crushing tone. A fine time was had by all in attendance.

2210’s are awesome. I also had a killer 2205 that brought the goods and cut it super strict.
