Bad midi chip ?

This is my first Diezel, its a Vh4 that I purchased used from guitar center and I cant say enough about how much I love this amp. However I have tried everything in the owners manual and different midi pedals ,but have had no success getting the channels to change via midi. Do I need a new midi chip? If so how do I get one? Help!

I know this might be redundant ,
Are you sure the amp is on the same midi channel as your midi pedal?

Ya I tried everything multiple times . I guess thats what you get sometimes when you buy used.

If the amps changing channels via the buttons and otherwise acting normal,
It hasn't been a chip issue for me.. but maybe it is?

Are you sure the amp is set to Omni Mode ?
