** EDIT **
Added second video with Maxon OD-9 in place of the Bad Monkey. After comparing the OCD (to me) has more treble cut with the tone knob at noon than the standard fare overdrive pedals I've been using imo. For both videos the OCD was set to the "HP" mode. Rolling the tone lower than noon and/or using the "LP" mode may yield warmer results will continue to experiment.
Was experimenting with these two pedals today and they stack quite nicely imo! I set both generally as boosts (volume higher, gain lower).
The Fulltone OCD is doing the brunt of the boosting while the Bad Monkey adds a buttery midrange sheen on top of it.
Recorded a quick clip of it, not sure how well it translated over but it feels great to play in the room.
Second video with Maxon OD-9 substituted. The high end is still present not ready to blame the Bad Monkey just yet.
