The sad thing is if you think about it Iran has a history of amazing wrestlers and Olympians in that field......

They accused him of murdering a special unit policeman during 2025-26 protests but he had an alibi and CCTV is said to have confirmed he wasn't involved. So they hung him probably because he wasn't a mouth breathing psycho athlete backing a regime that suppresses it's own people. I hope you are well tonight Daniel.

Per the wikipedia page he had an alibi and video surveillance supposedly confirmed it. I wasn't on the jury so my opinion on it doesn't really matter. Maybe he killed a cop. Maybe he didn't. Both sides will spin the story they choose to believe.
