I believe I have owed you gentlemen a less polite metal clip of this amp, so I had some time to do it today

Straight in, all knobs at 11:00 aside from presence and thrust at 2:30. Single SM57 on a Mesa Rectifier 412 with nothing but a high-pass and low-pass filter to truncate the sub-lows and inaudible highs
