Be 100 blowing fuses above 4 on volume

So I changed the power tubes twice so far since I first started having this issue. So 3 different sets of tubes. It continues to occur only once the volume is above 4 and I've been playing for a bit. Tubes biased to 32ma on the hottest tube, the other 3 are pretty close to 32. Any suggestions as to why I keep blowing the mains fuse.

I should mention that I am using a suhr reactive load. My other amp works fine all the way up to 10 with the load box
