BE-100 Half Power Switch, what impedance?

Apologies if this was mentioned before .... the manual does not specify either.

If I use the half power switch:

1) which tubes are not working?

2) do I have to change which speaker output I use (i.e. if I have a 16ohm cab, which output do I use?)

The outside tubes are turned off. Change the impedance to 1 lower. You don't have to though. What ever you like the sound of better.
